I make sure the paras know how the lesson by asking them to listen during the “I-do” segment of the session.  Please notice the IEP reading goals at bottom of the reading portion of the lesson plan and the writing goals at the bottom of the lesson plan.  I include the IEP goals in my lesson plans, the same in my math LP, to make sure I don't forget to address them during the week.
