Jordan, is a 3rd grader in my class.  He had very little skills when we started in September.  Like Enzo,  he is in a predominantly Spanish speaking household.  He can now read early first grade level.  Looking at this response to his homework, he uses text features to figure out the questions and answers to the quesitons.  Reading his responses throughout this 8-page homework is like listening to him talk.
