I like sharing my learnings with my colleagues.  As the IEP teacher in my previous school, I often give short PDs and workshops to teachers, staff, and paraprofessionals.  

I wrote this proposal for a workshop.  The aim of this workshop is to share another way of formatting and writing lesson plans that will address the needs of students in all levels. I will share with my co-teachers how I write my lesson plans.
