S10 is the 12:1 +1 class next door.  The head teacher is Mr. Sauler. All the 6 first graders in this class were my students last year.  It was a challenging start for the teacher since the former teacher was moved to the 3rd floor and she left behind materials she won’t be needing.  I offered to help the way I know how without overstepping. I helped the teacher redecorate to allow free movement, safety, organized, and neat.  I patterned it to my own classroom as shown above.

              We also had conversations about the needs and strategies to use in her classroom.  She also observed my class on two occasions during my instruction.
